We are looking for an energetic smiling face to greet our patients when they arrive. To be successful in this position, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. You will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks requested from the doctor such as; completing preliminary testing before the patients exam, cleaning rooms, stocking rooms etc. We are looking for full time hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer phones and schedule appointments, check in and out patients for their exams
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Taking patients back to do preliminary testing for the doctor, cleaning doctors rooms once a patient is gone etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
