OakLeaf Clinics - Chippewa Falls has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time (24 hours/week) medical records clerk in our clinic.
OakLeaf Clinics is dedicated to providing our patients with compassion, trust, and a lifetime of individualized care. Our healthcare team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and medical assistants working in concert with laboratory/imaging services to offer individualized care to the Chippewa Valley.
Position description
You will work with our medical records team to accurately scan medical records into our electronic medical record system. Additional duties may include processing medical records and release of information requests, answering incoming phone calls for records requests, and processing referrals.

Manual dexterity, mobility, and good vision, including near acuity, depth perception, and accommodation, are necessary for technical work.
