What You’ll Do We are currently searching for a Team Leader - Adult Case Management in our South Bend office. Primary focus:
Will supervise case management staff, providing clinical guidance and administrative oversight
Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work
Will work with adult clients with serious mental illness
Critical Thinking:
This position’s responsibilities are substantially complex, often working within broad or vague parameters or only partially relevant guidelines; requires an extensive knowledge of human development and behavior with familiarity with many treatment modalities and psychological theory; independent judgment and an ability to identify alternative actions is required. Customer Contact/Relationships: This position interacts with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors in a variety of environments. Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in a social services/human services related field preferred.
