We are currently searching for a Team Leader - Adult Case Management in our South Bend office.
Primary focus:

Critical Thinking:

This position’s responsibilities are substantially complex, often working within broad or vague parameters or only partially relevant guidelines; requires an extensive knowledge of human development and behavior with familiarity with many treatment modalities and psychological theory; independent judgment and an ability to identify alternative actions is required.
Customer Contact/Relationships:
This position interacts with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors in a variety of environments.
