What You’ll Do as a Team Leader: We are currently searching for a Team Leader for Adult Case Management on our South Bend campus. Primary responsibilities for a Team Leader include:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of bachelor’s level care facilitators
Build and maintain a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of team billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget
Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and make recommendations for treatment
Provide individual, family and group therapy
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
Some evening hours are expected

Minimum Hiring Requirements for a Team Leader:
LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A required. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred. 2 years clinical and leadership experience preferred.
