What You’ll Do as the Campus Support: We are currently recruiting for Campus Support positions to cover evenings, overnights and weekends. As needed positions available. Primary duties for the Campus Support position:
Responsible for overall safety and security during weekday evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Maintain a safe environment for staff and clients and coordinate emergency procedures, if/when needed.
Provide support, assistance and monitoring of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
Facilitate crisis admissions of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
Respond to conflict situations using verbal and physical techniques as needed.
Maintain paper and electronic documentation.
Requirements for the Campus Support position:
High School Diploma/GED required.
BA/BS in social services or human services preferred.
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and abilities
Effectively communicate in person or over the telephone with employees, clients and community members.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move objects up to 40 lbs.
Visual and auditory ability to monitor a busy care environment.
There is a $500 retention bonus (pro-rated by FTE) paid at 90 days!!
