- Improving access to care
- Providing community-based mental and substance use disorder services
- Assuring consistent use of evidence-based practices
- Advancing the integration of behavioral & physical health
- Provide strong, team-base care coordination.
- Eliminate treatment delays to reduce preventable emergencies and unnecessary use of crisis services
- Use mobile intervention and follow-up peer support to increase treatment adherence and reduce use of crisis services.
- $56,250 for LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A
- $68,750 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT

- Respond to crisis calls with the Crisis team.
- Engage with people in crisis
- De-escalate and provide linkage to appropriate level of care.
- Conduct an initial assessment, using evidence-based screeners and tools, to determine the individual's level of acuity and if the crisis center is an appropriate fit.
- Providing emergency therapy interventions that take into account the client’s strengths, weaknesses and preferences
- When appropriate, complete a full assessment to help streamline individuals into ongoing services
- Providing timely electronic clinical documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- LSW/LMHCA/LMFTA required
- LCSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred
- Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
- Must provide diploma and official transcripts
- Three years of experience in social service setting preferred
