What We Offer To a Social Worker / Therapist
- $45,000 for LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A
- $55,000 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT
- Full benefits package

- Regular supervision to grow clinical/professional skills
- Professional development and training opportunities
- $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time; prorated by FTE
- Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma
- Provide individual, family and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models
- Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and/or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner.
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A eligible
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred
- Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
- Must provide diploma and official transcripts
- Those willing to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours
- Bilingual clinicians whenever available
- Those who love working in a supportive team environment
