We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Director of Resident Programs to join our team at Robin Run Village! As the Director of Resident Programs, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing various activities and programs that cater to the interests and needs of our residents. 

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate social, recreational, and educational programs for residents

- Work closely with other members of the community to ensure that programs and events are well-attended and meet the needs of residents

- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses to enhance the resident experience

- Manage the department budget and ensure that programs are financially sustainable

- Supervise and train staff members to ensure that programs are executed smoothly and efficiently

- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required by management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, or a related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and implementing activities and programs for seniors

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
