Responsibilities

The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct nursing care to individuals and groups of patients according to physician orders and applicable patient care standards.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION 

Graduate or Certificate from an accredited program for Licensed Vocational Nursing.

MINIMUM WORK 

Previous experience in perioperative nursing desired.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION 

Current licensure in Texas as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Certified through the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support. ACLS required within 6 months of employment.PALS/ENPC preferred.
