The Food and Beverage Supervisor leads all events assigned to them by the General manager. The F&B Event Manager will actively manage all aspects of an event in coordination with the culinary department, events team, and F&B executive team. The F&B Event Manager will help in the upselling and order placement of assigned events while adhering to the hospitality / venue guidelines.
The F&B Event Manager plans and directs the activities of all assigned events that serve food and beverages. Have a wide variety of daily duties which include ordering, arranging, supervising, recording, and overseeing all food, beverage, and equipment. Coordinate with and provide excellent service to venue clients, while working with them on their event needs.
The F&B Event Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the F&B Event Manager will be to actively mentor, train and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.

This role will pay a salary of $18 to $22.
