Job Description
The program director and dosing supervisor will oversee dispensing of medication in the office. The primary demographic or population base for this position is adults with substance abuse or dual-diagnosis (mental health issues and substance use).
Duties and Responsibilities
Track medication usage and monitor patient data.
Provide medication to treat substances use issues.
Gather patient info including social and medical history.
Order lab tests for patients to maintain compliance.
Refer to psychiatrists and other medical professionals for treatment.
Submit notes through our electronic health records (EHR) system.
Follow company policies and procedures for the patient’s safety.
Requirements
Degree from an accredited program in nursing;
A registered nurse (RN)
Experience
2 years experience in addiction treatment
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
