What you would do:

Clean assigned buildings including, but not limited to, windows, rest rooms, floors, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Small repairs, dusting and surface cleaning of our facilities in the community.

To succeed in this position, you need to :

-be a team player, be an all in go-getter, and enjoy your job

- be at least 18 years of age

- have a Clear Florida Drivers License

- have experience or strong knowledge of repair work

- have endurance to work outside as needed

- have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

-be able to climb ladders

-demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
