Oak Leaf Management is seeking a Make- Ready/ Porter in the Houston ,TX area to assist the Lead Maintenance in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, focusing on, but not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Carry out property maintenance processes, focusing on, but not limited to, the cleaning and upkeep of grounds, common areas and vacant units.
- Physically walk the property to remove litter and debris from the grounds.
- Keep common areas neat and free of litter at all times.
- Perform “trash-out” duties at vacated apartments on a daily basis, removing all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes and transfer to dumpster or storage area as applicable.
- Transfer trash and other items left outside of dumpster into dumpster. Pick-up and sweep area. Keep dumpster areas neat and clear at all times.
- Assist Lead Maintenance as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
