Oak Leaf Management is looking for Lead Maintenance Technician HVAC certified for our Houston TX location. Seeking a strong experienced in the industry maintenance tech ready to join the Oak Leaf team at our newly built property.

Requirements:

• Must be friendly with a can do attitude and great customer service
• Prefer maintenance experience in the Apartment industry
• Have knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, changing locks, appliance diagnosis and repairs
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• Have the ability to lift 35-45 pounds
• A/C Certification required
• Strong Leadership skills
• Motivated and can do attitude!
