Responsibilities and Duties: The chosen candidate will: Have responsibility for the care of all residents Report to the Director of Nursing Handle emergency situations with the Oak Hill team, by leading and directing other staff in the building Observe and Assess changes in resident condition Monitor or oversee the Nursing Department's resident care and documentation Notify On-Call providers as needed

Qualifications and Skills : NYS RN License required (unexpired, in good standing). Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

IV and PICC line experience preferred. Leadership/Supervisory Experience preferred.
