Receptionist; Part Time
The receptionist is responsibe for :
- Managing multi- line phone system in a curtious, professional manner. Always using great customer service skills.
- Monitor front door and greeting and directing all visitors and residents entering and leaving the facility.
- Screening all Visitors, following COVID-19 guidelines
- Assist administration with general clerical duties.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Filing various documents and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Operating and maintaining resident PNA accounts.
- Participate in monthly Staff meetings.
Qualification:
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must have strong computer skills
- Previous healthcare experiance perferred.
