Marketing Office Assistant Position Summary
Oversees and manages all general administrative functions of the marketing office. Maintains appropriate inventory levels (office supplies and marketing materials). Maintains and generates a variety of tracking spreadsheets and marketing reports. Provides general administrative support to the entire marketing staff. Works closely with director on coordinating and executing all marketing events, marketing collateral and other in-house communications.
