ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to and take direction from Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain, repair and replace plumbing fixtures in all restrooms.
• Capable of flushing out minor clogs in sewer lines.
• Replace air conditioner filters through out office per the maintenance manager schedule times.
• Repair cracks in production floor as needed
• Be able to work on evap coolers when required i.e. replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and filters.
• Repair and replacement of air hoses, air connectors, be able to blead excess water out of air lines.
• Maintain oil/water from air compressors into proper containers for disposal.
• Must be able to repair metal and wood structures in the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned by company.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Occasional reaching forward/overhead/extension
• Occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, stepping over low objects
• Occasional overtime or irregular hours
• Occasional weekend work
