Job Summary :
The Data Coordinator is responsible for the collection and organization of data from manufacturers who participate in the Good Jobs Challenge (GJC) programs.
The primary responsibilities include accurate data entry, running data queries, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring the proper sorting and organizing of OCS Salesforce and funders databases.

Responsibilities :
Manages and oversees OAI's GJC Salesforce and funders' databases, ensuring accurate data collection, entry, and storage.
Manages The Chicago-Cook Workforce Partnership's Data collection tool for the Good Job Challenge.
Coordinate data collection and collation for Good Job Challenge Manufacturing co-backbones, Cook County Bureau of Economic Development and OAI.
Coordinates with internal departments and participating manufacturers to collect data requirements and ensures that these requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Generates and distributes regular reports and data to OAI management and other stakeholders, highlighting key data insights and trends.
Reviews and validates all data from training plan partners; coordinates with training plan providers to capture any missing data.
Ensures all data is captured in OAI's Salesforce database and dashboards actually reflect required data.
Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders on behalf of the manufacturing sector.
Maintains employer linkages through efficient, timely service and regular communication; provides feedback from employers, ensures workforce needs and retention goals are being met.
Ensures OAI's Salesforce industry contacts and interactions are accurate and up to date.
Supports Employer Forums, Employer Advisory Boards and other Employer events as needed.
Supports Hiring events and exhibits at Job Fairs to promote OAI program trainees.
Coordinates scheduling of meetings with employers. Periodically accompanies CMISP Manager on scheduled meetings.
Assists with the development of other marketing and PR materials and initiatives as needed.
Produces regular project status reports.
Contributes to progress report writing and data gathering.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Four-year undergraduate degree preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in data coordination preferred.
Salesforce (or similar CRM software) experience preferred.
Excel data collection experience preferred
Motivated self-starter
Socially conscious with ability to work with diverse populations.
Organized, confident, articulate public speaker, team player, detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop work opportunities and place individuals in jobs or demonstrated success in transferable skill area.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to produce timely written reports.
Must have automotive transportation for reimbursable local job-related travel.
