Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in speaking with clients, document preparation, and case management to support litigation attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing legal documents for court filings and trials
- Manage case files and maintain documentation
-Scheduling doctor conferences, depositions, mediations and trials
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Review and organize evidence for discovery purposes
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Assist in trial preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to conduct interviews, document review, and data entry accurately
- Solid understanding of litigation processes including contract review and transcribing legal documents
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
