Essential Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests immediately upon seating and offer menu suggestions.
  • Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor liability laws.
  • Take and enter drink and food orders into POS register.
  • Serve food and drinks, lift and carry trays, and attend to guest needs.
  • Prepare and present guests' checks and handle payment.
  • Bus and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Restock service stations, garnish line, and common areas.
  • Operate restaurant equipment including POS systems and soda fountains.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Pleasant, polite demeanor with a neat appearance.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.

Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
  • Must be of age to serve alcoholic beverages and obtain liquor card if required by state law.

Physical Requirements:

  • Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Inside work environment with protection from weather conditions.
