O.N.E. Hospitality LLC is Hiring a Restaurant General Manager Near Lancaster, PA
Description
Hours: Full-time. 40 hours minimum. Weekends and Holidays required.
Duties:
- Staff:
- Oversee hiring/discipline of all FOH staff
- Bar staff hiring/discipline done in conjunction with Bar manager
- Assist kitchen manager when needed in hiring/disciple of BOH staff
- Oversee training of all in house staff
- Oversee all managers and in house staff to ensure all set standards are met without exception
- Write schedules for FOH staff
- Work with catering director to ensure that in-house events are staffed properly
Service:
- Oversee cash handling procedures
- Restaurant management during service
- Touch tables
- Oversee expo, ensure ticket times are in line
- Resolve guests complaints
- Oversee large parties and coordinate with catering director for in-house events
- Provide support to staff as needed
Facility management:
- Order and manage supplies/dry goods for the facility
- Oversee opening/closing of the facility
- Ensure facility is clean, neat and in compliance with all health codes
- Oversee bar program and monitor COGS, liquor/glassware inventory and proper pricing in conjunction with bar manager
- Ensure all operations of the facility are running properly and up to O.N.E standards
Qualifications/skills:
- Strong multi-tasker
- Handle high pressure situations well
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of state/local regulations
- Wide-ranging knowledge of wine/beer and cocktails/spirits
- RAMP (including owner/manager training) and Servsafe certified
- Strong knowledge of costing/inventory
- Proficiency with POS system and basic knowledge of computers
- Working knowledge of the google suite
- working knowledge of all BOH and FOH positions
- 2 years experience managing a fast paced, full service facility
