- Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
- Screen and interview potential candidates
- Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal employees and candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
