RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leadership: Lead and supervise the project team, comprised of project managers, engineers, and coordinators. Provide clear direction, establish expectations, and furnish necessary support for team members

· Comprehensive Oversight: Assume full responsibility for projects, encompassing financial management, construction quality assurance, client satisfaction, safety compliance, subcontractor relationships, documentation, scheduling, and risk mitigation

· Client Engagement & Pre-Construction: Actively participate in Client Engagement pursuits and pre-construction bids, contributing to project assessment, proposal development, and winning new business. Review project plans, estimate costs, and offer strategic insights to support project success

· Project Execution: Collaborate with field and support teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 10 years of experience in Commercial Healthcare construction specializing in Project Management

· A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

· Proven success in managing projects within the $1 million to $50 million range
