Construction Superintendent / Project Manager

We are working with a construction company to help them find a Project Superintendent in Craven County, North Carolina -- ASAP. This company is ready to hire, so if you have an interest and you meet the qualifications, reach out now.

The company is well-established and has a great reputation. The current project is a large building renovation, along with the property.

Project Superintendent Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience as a Construction supervisor.
• Must have concrete experience.
• Must have exterior light pole experience.
• Must have large building renovation experience.
• Certifications in fall protection, OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training, and first aid.
• Some travel required.

Project Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees and conduct training.
• Quickly address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor and project labor hours.
• Maintain and update schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics.
• Conduct safety meetings and team meetings.
• Understanding and adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Ensure safety on job site(s) for workers and the general public.

Project Superintendent Qualifications:

• Proficient in industry standards and practices.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Capable of coordinating a project start.
• Ability to understand all project documents, from blueprints and drawings to paperwork and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- with management and field employees.
