Job summary: This position is responsible for developing the pipeline for employer services by cultivating relationships and leading the acquisition of new clients. Sales goals will be achieved by promoting, selling, and closing new business. The Account Executive, Employer Services will cultivate relationships with brokers, benefits teams, and employers, develop and manage a pipeline of leads, close deals, and support implementation of client engagements. The main KPIs for this position are annual revenue targets, average client value, and new client acquisition.
