The Managers are responsible for all activities and objectives of one store, including sales generation , effective customer service , shrinkage , Human Resource management, merchandising, administrative , expense management and store maintenance . All activities must be directed in strict compliance with all Cato Corporation policies, procedures, rules and regulations. We have no conversion , no ship from store , no promotional changes and no back stock ! This position is mainly customer service and visual merchandise focused , like retail used to be! Currently the store is looking for Day availability.
