Production Setup Specialist

In this role you will receive requests for new product setups in various processes and multiple teams and produce a clean file for customization and personalization to be added to product with automation. Coordinate with design and production to produce good files. Troubleshoot as needed if files are not adequate. Record results in a tracking tool and submit completion with good turnaround time. Prioritize as needed to move requests through quickly to meet demand. Seek to understand the process technologies and be familiar with the best practices.

1. Setup production files for internal personalization systems.
2. Understand production design lifecycle from design to production.
3. Be familiar with production customization processes and techniques used in production.
4. Collaborate from department to department on product customization strategies.
5. Coordinate and backup other setup positions.
6. Help troubleshoot and correct production file customization issues.
7. Deliver results under tight deadlines.
8. Recommend fixture solutions for product customization.
9. Develop healthy relationships with production team members to provide effective results.
10. Improve the quality standards
