Production Print Sales Specialist
Fisher’s is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Production Print Sales Specialist position. A Production Print Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Fisher’s production products and services to customers within the territory assigned to them. Production Print Sales Specialist’s with Fisher's are on an uncapped commission structure with a high earning potential.

  • Sales Target: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and advancements in production print technology. Be able to effectively communicate the benefits of different solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand their business processes and provide ongoing support.
  • Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific printing requirements. Propose and present customized solutions that align with client needs and business goals. Develop targeted account strategies to generate and grow business for assigned territory.
  • Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals. Complete site assessments and produce product recommendations and replacement strategies as needed.
  • Sales Presentations: Presentations must showcase the benefits of production print solutions. Address client concerns and objections effectively. Communicate Fisher’s Technology’s strategies and direction to key decision makers.
  • Achieve sales quota for products and services.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge expertise in assigned product areas.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with customer base.
  • Cross-sell customer base on all products and services.
  • Deliver sales activity sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service issues to resolution
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Knowledge of production print technology and solutions.
  • Must be proficient in MS Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Some travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
