Associate Production Designer

Core Responsibilities

Production Design / Contributor

• Configure, build, and maintain customized programs, brochures, and websites.
• Knowledge of variable data including on-demand printing.
• Input data and electronic assets into O.C. Tanner's internal systems.
• Maintain integrity and changes production design files.
• Understands the business rules for each product type.
• Add year level(s) to program, research dies, and submit requests to cut dies.

Productivity and Time Management

• Deliver specified number of projects on time.
• Manage a limited number of simple assignments directed by leaders.

Quality

• Actively look for continuous improvement.
• Audits all changes on new or existing programs.
• Proofreads copy for spelling and grammar and correct as necessary.

Teamwork

• Work and communicate with the assigned project team members to understand and execute on scope and schedule for each project.
