O'Brien Hyundai is seeking an experienced and personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs and verifying warranties. The service advisor will ensure excellent customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair description. Superior customer service is a must for this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: A Service Advisor is a liaison between the customer and the service technicians.
