The Departments of Pathology at NYU Langone Health are beginning the implementation of a health system wide transformation to digital pathology. We are recruiting for a leader in digital pathology who will provide stewardship of digital pathology within the Anatomic Pathology Division from validation to implementation of the digital pathology systems, as well as faculty and staff training and ongoing program development. A background in informatics and interest in artificial intelligence is desirable.

In addition, the candidate may perform clinical duties in anatomic or clinical pathology depending on their training and expertise. 

Candidates must be board eligible/certified in anatomic or anatomic/clinical pathology. NY State licensure is required. The candidate will have the opportunity for resident and medical student teaching and research. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.

*Salary range: $260,000 - $300,000 (The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors).
