Responsibilities/Duties:

As an Associate Social Security Disability Attorney at Nyman Turkish, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

· Case Evaluation: Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.

· Cross-Examination: Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.

· Hearings: Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.

· Communication: Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.

· Case Strategy: Develop and execute effective case strategies.

· Hearing Representation: Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

· Bar Admission: Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.

· Academic Excellence: Graduation in the top 30% of your law school class is preferred.

· Legal Involvement: Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.

Compensation:

· $80,000-$140,000 (inclusive of base and bonus and depending on experience)
