  • Managing energy efficiency project scoping: Assess energy usage reduction opportunities at H H facilities. Develop and review scopes of work for energy efficiency projects, working closely with contractors and consultants. Review completed energy audits, retro-cx studies, and feasibility reports for buildings to assist with project selection and provide recommendations regarding innovative alternative technologies.
  • Quantifying energy conservation opportunities: Perform technical calculations to estimate the expected energy savings, cost savings, and emissions reductions for energy efficiency projects. Prepare applications for grant funding requests.
  • Supporting project measurement and verification (“M&V”): Help develop M&V plans consistent with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol. Perform M&V activities to assess realized savings from completed energy projects or review M&V results.
