NY Best Medical is a small business in Queens, NY. We are fast-paced and supportive.
We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical and administrative support to medical staff. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, and performing laboratory tests. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in providing patient care.
- Greet and register patients.
- Prepare examination rooms.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
- Perform basic laboratory tests.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Draw blood
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work setting:
- Clinic
- In-person
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Queens, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
