We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our medical office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of dental office procedures, medical terminology, and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Medical software systems
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Provide administrative support to the Medical team, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Assist with other front desk tasks as needed

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Familiarity with software systems such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical terminology is a plus
