Angel Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Staten Island, NY

Looking for a front desk at a dental office. To manage the front desk, answering calls and receive patients in a pleasant attitude ensuring a warm work environment. Successful candidate should have experience with Dentrix software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) a plus.

Responsibilities

· Answering phone,

· Use Dentrix

· Welcoming patients.

· Schedule patients’ appointments.

· Verify patients’ eligibility with insurance.

Skills

· Proficiency in Dentrix and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

· Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
