Our client is growing like wild fire and looking to add a Tax Manager to their team.

The Tax Manager oversees efficient, accurate, and timely tax return preparation. They possess advanced tax and accounting skills, coupled with strong management abilities. The Tax Manager makes decisions on most tax matters, excluding unusual cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews and approves tax returns, including complex ones.
• Manages large tax returns and delegates tasks.
• Actively engages in client meetings and tax planning.
• Assumes client service responsibilities.
• Manages tax examinations and represents clients before taxing authorities.

Additional Roles:

• Evaluates tax software.
• Supports practice development.
• Ensures operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-7 years' public accounting experience.
• 1 year supervising tax preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Active CPA license.
