NWRTW - Northwest Return to Work is Hiring a Clinical Psychologist Near Lynnwood, WA

Clinical Psychology positions are open in our multidisciplinary rehabilitation center for treatment of patients with Chronic Pain secondary to musculoskeletal injuries, or Brain injuries with chronic unresolved cognitive, psychosocial, and physical symptoms. Our current needs are for psychologists with experience helping patients with chronic pain.

Responsibilities in either program, in collaboration with our healthcare teams, include individual and group treatments to help patients (injured workers) learn to self-manage their remaining symptoms, rebuild their physical and mental health, and improve daily functioning so they may resume active lives and meaningful work. Our Psychologists conduct comprehensive evaluations pre & post-treatment, integrate diagnostic findings with medical and physical PT/OT findings, co-lead the integrated treatment plans, and communicate professionally via written reports & follow-ups with referring physicians.

Required Qualifications:

· PhD in Clinical Psychology, from APA accredited program and internship.
· Training in (1) health/pain psychology, (2) neuropsychology, and/or PTSD.
· Washington Licensed Psychologist or license-eligible (post-EPPP)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Doctoral training included BioPsychoSocial healthcare, Psychological Testing, Behavioral Assessment; Supervised treatment experience with CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, Biofeedback, breath-work or other mind-body methods

· Experience with the injured-worker population and state-disability programs

· Experience with Hispanic communities and interpretation services; Spanish language proficiency would be a plus

· Prior experience in a CARF accredited rehabilitation program

· Prior experience in team leadership or program development.
