Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Outside Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. As an Outside Sales Rep at Nwestco, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
This is a full-time, field position in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas. Some of the open Positions require travel, and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Ability to carry on a business conversation with customers of all levels.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Knowledge of petroleum and/or car wash equipment is a plus but not required.
Strong desire to learn quickly.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to complete quotes for their needs.
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
Cold calling new locations to find new opportunities.
Meeting with customers and other team members as needed.
Completing any leads sent by other team members.
50% Focus on Construction Projects and 50% Focus on driving our Company service, testing, and inspection capabilities.
Work with follow up with our manufacturers and subcontractors to see through quotes and projects.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
License: Valid drivers license (required)

Pre-Employment Requirements:
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
