Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Tech
Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour (Depends on experience)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Days: Mon-Fri
Hours: 7am - 4pm
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Address issues with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and replace worn-out parts.
- Build, repair, or install wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures.
- Install or repair doors, windows, and trim.
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems.
- Install or replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Fix leaks, repair or replace pipes, faucets, and fixtures.
- Install or repair toilets, sinks, and plumbing components.
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint or finishes.
- Patch and repair walls and surfaces.
- Assist in construction projects, including framing and drywall installation.
