NW Preferred FCU, is seeking a support services representative to join our support team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide exemplary service.
• Process ACH, Share Draft and Remote Deposit Capture exception items.
• Assist in the daily function of the Visa credit and debit card programs as well as the administration of the IRA and HSA programs.
• Maintain knowledge of the features and benefits of credit union services and products to successfully cross-sell to reach organizational goals and benefit members.

Qualified candidates should have experience in a financial institution.
