NW Employment is Partnered with North America’s largest private label exhibit builder in Portland OR. We have an immediate need of an Accounting Clerk to handle our daily clerical accounting functions.

Pay- $19- $21/hr

Schedule- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Hours: 30 hours a week

In this role, you will:

• Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department while adhering to established standards
• Daily entry of invoices and payments
• Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems
• Match POs to vendor invoices
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Experience with MS Dynamics and/or QuickBooks Online a plus
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• Associate’s degree or relevant certification
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systems
