As a **Business Analyst focused on Post Settlement & Customer Experience** at NVR, you will contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help us identify opportunities to improve our business operations and to better understand our customers experience. You will be able to help prioritize work, adjust business processes, and help implement systems ultimately achieving the anticipated ROI and improving our customers experiences.

**What Youll Do**

A good Business Analyst can be leveraged in many ways. Below is just a summary of the types of functions we will ask you to perform, but in reality, there will be many more some fun and exciting, some less so, but ultimately they support the greater mission:

* Learn. If you dont LOVE to learn quit reading, this job isnt for you.

* Collaborate and form relationships with your team members of varying skill levels, both business and technical.

* Use human-centered design to guide the end-to-end ownership and management of experiences and processes to customers and/or employees.

* Utilize an advanced understanding of customer needs, as well as our business vision and strategy, to prioritize investment, business value and delivery.

* Align focus of stakeholders towards a unified experience that serves customers, employees and business needs.

* Work with a cross-functional/cross-department team to understand and validate business strategy and vision, and customer needs.

* Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology team members to define and document relevant business processes, gaining a proficient understanding of all needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area.

* Lead and manage small projects.

* Serve as a direct representative of the business with technology teams, reinforcing the customers perspective throughout the product realization cycle.

* Collaborate with a cross-functional team of user experience partners, designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with program and/or product roadmaps.

* Establish and monitor KPIs for each initiative.

* Communicate with internal customers and be able to present information in a non-technical manner.

* Prepare the business for the new process/product changes and arm them with tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.

* Troubleshoot and support ad hoc requests received from colleagues.

**What Skills and Experiences are Required**

* Ability to develop relationships and engage in business dialogue with internal clients to understand and address their needs.

* Ability to facilitate and lead business process design and requirements gathering sessions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for creating best-in-class customer experiences.

* Ability to find new perspectives on existing solutions.

* Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.

* 5 years working as a Business Analyst or comparable work experience

* History of success working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team

* A bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

* Recent experience working with Microsoft Dynamics

* Formal Customer Experience and/or User Experience training or related work experience

* 3 years Agile experience

* Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Jira
