Team Leader - Eastleigh Eastleigh, SO50 4FZ Service - Hampshire, Dorest & Isle of Wight Part time Permanent We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Crestwood Community School in Eastleigh.

As the team leader for our team of key workers you will make sure to keep the school safe, clean, and hygienic to ensure that the students who go there have the perfect environment to thrive in.

Every member of the team is responsible for a different section of the school, where we clean a variety of areas, such as classrooms, hallways and toilets.

You will make sure that everyone knows which area they are responsible for and that they have the right tools to do their job.

If youve got supervisory experience that would be perfect, but dont worry, if not we will provide all the training you need.

The Job :

• Job type : permanent, part-time
• Hours : 5pm to 8pm, Mon to Fri
• Hourly rate : 9.70 per hour
• Location : Crestwood Community School, Eastleigh
• The Site : a secondary school with 1500 students across two campuses.
• The Team : 14 Cleaning Operatives, 2 Team Leaders and their Site Supervisor

Note : this position is for the team leader on Shakespeare campus with a team of 8 Cleaning Operatives.

Day in the Life of a Team Leader :

You probably guessed it but hoover and mop will be the most important part of your equipment. But dont worry weve got your back (pun intended) : to make your life easier we are using I mops / scrubber dryers on all of our sites.

• meeting your team and the Site Supervisor every day to make sure they know what their task is for the next shift.
• Making sure everyone has the right PPE and materials and that all stock levels are high.
• do a high quality clean that you can be proud of and that meets the hygiene specification of the school

Just remember that every day is different, from cleaning up the remains of a fun science experiment to mopping up the muddy footprints in the hallway on a rainy day.
