Our Client Care Specialists (who are much more than just a Receptionist) work at our front desk and are highly skilled professionals who are there to provide exceptional client service to our clients whether in person or over the telephone.
Qualified candidates must be able to:
*Provide consistent quality customer service to every client and patient
*Multi-task in a fast paced working environment
*Maintain a high level of organization and communication
*Answer all incoming calls using excellent telephone etiquette
*Perform clerical and record keeping duties
*Accurately process invoices and payments when services are rendered
*Appropriately schedule appointments and surgeries as needed
* Be computer literate (we are a paperless practice)
Minimum requirements include:
*HS diploma or equivalent
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required
*Ability to lift 50 pounds
