NVA is Hiring a Client Service Coordinator Near River Forest, IL

Description & Requirements

We are a 4 doctor, general practice veterinary hospital located in River Forest, IL. Our state of the art facility features a surgical suite, dental suite, full laboratory for in house diagnostics, a radiology suite with digital radiographs and ultrasonography. We are seeking an experienced part time Customer Service Representative to join our team! 

About You:

You must have customer service experience in a veterinary setting and want to join an upbeat and fast paced work environment with a high level of client interaction.

You must have experience scheduling appointments, answering phones, and collecting payment.

You are a self-motivated team player and are excited to work closely with clients and veterinary team members.

You have outstanding communication skills and are comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

You are compassionate, empathetic, patient and enjoy working with clients and pets.

You have worked with AviMark software or are willing to learn.

You are available to work weekends and evenings.
