About You:
·Technicians fully utilize their skills to provide a wide range of treatments and procedures.
·They are responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
·Executing treatment orders as directed by a DVM (to include placing IV catheters, phlebotomy, injections, anesthesia induction and monitoring, perioperative surgical nursing etc).
·Collecting samples and running in house laboratory testing
·Calculating, administering, and logging medications used for sedation and anesthetic procedures
·Performing full body and dental radiographs
·Performing routine dental prophylaxis
·Client communication and education
·Our amazing veterinary assistants provide support to our technicians and doctor throughout these tasks and much more, allowing technicians to focus on the tasks they have been trained and love to do!
·Previous Veterinary experience is required

Schedule:
·Our hospital is open Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm
·We offer a variety of part- and full-time schedules including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
·Rotating Saturday shifts required – usually one per month

Compensation:
·$19-25/hour
