NUVISION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Hiring a Remote Marketing - Digital Marketing Specialist - Remote

Reporting to the Marketing Creative Director, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and develop digital content creation and oversee implementation, monitoring and tracking digital content/campaigns for various internal digital channels including online banking, public website, in-branch video, social media, and email. Supports digital search and display campaigns working with digital agency to coordinate and track ongoing digital campaigns.Responsible for ensuring timely, relevant and accurate content on digital channels and engaging consumers through digital marketing techniques to achieve Marketing goals and organizational objectives.The Digital Marketing Specialist is the subject expert on all aspects of Nuvision’s digital marketing channels.The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the company’s digital content/campaigns and takes a hands-on approach to ensure compliance, current with the latest and best search algorithm techniques, and that the user experience is exceptional.Responsibilities:Manage process to develop digital creative assets content on digital media channels including Online Banking, InLighten, Website, landing pages, email, and social media.Day-to-day ownership of Nuvision corporate website and lead the Nuvision web Advisory Team to ensure accurate information, up-to-date and engaging content, site performance tracking, compliance, UX, hosting issues and promotional content.Performs analysis of usage data to provide insights and recommendations.Develops in-house marketing automation expertise and becomes company’s subject matter expert responsible for sharing know-how with Marketing team for implementing Marketo trigger based automated marketing campaigns.Responsible for communicating digital marketing strategy and tactics to Marketing team.Be an integral part of the Marketing team; build, develop and grow key team member business relationships to ensure successful digital strategy and Digital Marketing campaigns.Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities. Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. Maintains member, team members and other sensitive information with confidentiality. Treats co-workers and members with respect.Supports member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:3 years specific hands-on digital marketing experience to include: Digital and Social Media marketing, project management, communicating project updates and direction.Awareness of credit union customers and their digital marketing preferences/needs.Hands on comprehensive knowledge of social media channels, credit union digital media such as Q2 Smart and Conexus, InlightenContent Marketing best practicesWorking knowledge of law, regulations and compliance practices and procedures pertaining to financial services and digital marketingDemonstrated ability in Social Media strategy and tactics, HTML, Digital design – adobe creative Suite, Google Analytics, copy writing.Must be able to coordinate, manage and guide multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and effectively through to completion.Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and outside of the organization.Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
