Nuvia Dental Implant Centers is Hiring a Call Reviewer Near Salt Lake, UT

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a Call Review Assistant to join our team. We provide dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm

The role of this position is mainly to help assist the respective managers in coaching their teams on the appointment setter calls. You will listen to calls and identify where improvements need to be made in reference to the script. You will then communicate those problems to the respective manager so further coaching takes place. You may also be asked to help assist in a managers administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the quality of the calls 
  • You will be responsible for effectively communicating your findings of the calls you listen to
  • You will be responsible for also reporting things you hear on calls that are working well but aren’t implemented in the script 
  • You will be responsible for reporting things being said during the call
  • You will be responsible for identifying issues of the appointment setter's tone of voice
  • You will be responsible for listening to as many calls as you can each day

Results

  • If your job is done efficiently, the appointment setters will be able to set more, convert more, which will result in more sales
  • Effective adjustments will be made to the script due to your listening of calls
  • Respective managers will be able to spend more time coaching their team members 

Requirements

  • Sales experience (Required)
  • Phone Sales (Preferred)
  • Know the script very well
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • The ability to actively listen to calls, identify problems, identify improvements, differentiate poor tonality vs. good tonality, determine whether the appointment setter is following the script, and that the appointment setter is overcoming objections
  • You must be passionate about Nuvia’s goals and have a mindset and attitude that uplifts those around you to be their best selves
